What?

Find the same moment in time from another streamer's perspective on Twitch.

To get started, enter the source point of reference using either a clip or a video with timestamp (which you can get from the "Settings" menu when watching a VOD). For the target, enter the channel or video you want to cross-reference with. You can click on the badges above each field for examples.

Keep in mind that Twitch only keeps VOD archives for a maximum of 60 days (or 14 if not a partner).

Known Issues
(that either can't be fixed or can't be fixed easily)
  • If you search for something that happened within the past few minutes, it may not be available yet. Try again in a few minutes.
  • The Twitch player may start the video playback up to 10 seconds before the specified time.
  • The Twitch player may behave strangely when setting time via the source timeline or timestamp. You can try adjusting the playback position in the Twitch player to get it "unstuck" if it stops responding to the source time input.
  • Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to prevent the embedded player from trying to play another video after reaching the end of a VOD. Hide and show the embed if that happens to get back to the result.
